Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a National Sales Manager - Western US.
As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating, developing and managing new dealers, as well as growing sales with existing dealers, within the retail channel. You will do this through a team of independent manufacturer representatives who sell our products, while further developing our organization as a leader in the marketplace; develop and track quantifiable goals for all sales activities, budgets and other quantifiable measures; assist marketing in the development and implementation of successful sales programs, (i.e. displays, training and promotions); execute value proposition based selling — maintain brand identity and sell quality and value of branded products; track industry trends and translate into new business; oversee daily sales administration of all accounts; meet and/or exceed minimum requirements for sales activity and revenue goals.
