Q: Where can I purchase freedomRail closets and components?

A: Please visit www.freedomrail.com to find a dealer close to you.

Q: Will you still sell freedomRail on OrganizedLiving.com on January 1, 2013?

A: Yes! Plus, the new site will have addition closet systems to organize your home. 

Q: Is Scanbirk/Tvilum office furniture still available? Will it be available on the new website?

A: Unfortunately we will not be selling Scanbirk/Tvilum. Please visit their website at www.tvilum.com for a dealer in your area.

Q: How do I exchange or return items?

A: To return or exchange items, please call customer service at 1-888-674-5484 or email us at customerservice@organizedliving.com. For exchanges, we will replace your item if it is still available, if not we will issue a refund.

Q:I had items in my shopping cart, can I still purchase them?

A: Please contact customer service at 1-888-674-5484 to see if the items are still available. 

Q: I placed an order before December 13 and have not received it. When should I expect my tracking number?

A: Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.
